motov8 in Worcester, at 2009, is running a cycle loan scheme for Worcester residents. Motov8 also run a cycle shop at the University of Worcester, St John’s campus, open Wednesdays noon to 2pm - students, staff and the public can buy refurbished bicycles and accessories (info from Berrows Journal, Oct 09).

The Spokes project from Workmatch collects discarded or second hand bicycles from a variety of sources and strips them down, retaining the good parts and then rebuilds, services and checks bikes before selling them on as cheap "first" bicycles. In Hereford, Ross and Kidderminster.
